I am observing a strange technical issue with my NUAs. For most of my reservation, I can see the upgrade option in both the app and the desktop site.

For some of my reservations, the desktop site is not showing the upgrade option under the reservation details and I can attach the NUAs only in the app. After attaching the NUAs using the app, the upgrade option also appears in the desktop version.
