I originally had my EBG number but changed that so that I could start getting my qualifying flights for the status match so I wonder if that messed things up. Will see how things go with my next flight which was booked with the SEN number from the start
I guess there was no warning about LH IT in your status match welcome package.
It should be more straightforward from here onwards but,as those frequenting this forum know, it won't be smooth always.
