ANA have plenty of ideas for using the planes, counting in the New Year Sunrise Flight, one from NRT with a Honu and one from HND with a 787 as every year.
The restaurants were quite popular, but it was more difficult to get seats on the 777-300ER restaurant in Haneda than the Honu one in Narita. The Haneda one was very realistic, in that there was even a delay in boarding due to cabin preparation. While it was fun during covid, as people missed flying I doubt those restaurant concepts would sell now. Though the price for two hours of Krug free flow was not bad.
