Awaiting reimbursement feedback from Lufthansa.
Hello everyone! During my recent flight with Lufthansa Airline, I did not receive my luggage upon arrival at FCO. It took 10 days post-trip to retrieve my luggage. I submitted a refund request for my expenses due to the delayed luggage via the Lufthansa Feedback form on their official website. It has been over a month since I've been awaiting a response to my feedback, but I have not received any. Could anyone provide a contact number for support regarding this issue?
