DFW - FCA and PHX - JFK breakfast, additional "data points" for the frittata.
Since I am not the biggest fan of egg dishes on flights I chose this one twice during recent trips.
For DFW-FCA I would say it is a sufficient meal, for the longer flight not so much as I felt a bit hungry towards the end
