QR F and then you can use al-safwa, it's an experience worth having especially on an avios ticket.

We got upgraded by BA holidays to A380 QR F from a delayed BA CW flight one time and enjoyed it a lot. Not as much difference between F and J on QR as you might see on other airlines but was great for us.
