So it is possible to be able to get upgraded to one if you're willing to leave your luggage in their secure room and come back later to pick up your passkey and go to your room? What time did your suite become available? I presume sometime after 4pm due to the late checkout (if available) for platinum and above.
Also, can anyone comment on how much the laundry service is at this hotel? (just curious if I am going to be in for a huge shock!)
