Interesting. As a BA GGL I’ve had to call AA twice to update existing bookings and both times I was surprised how quickly they answered. Maybe I got lucky but in future will call the EXP line.
Is the EXP line a number that’s published with the BAEC membership packet? Otherwise, how do you know what number to call?
