I complain everytime and they just ignore it. I received several surveys from eRewards to rate eRewards after customer service does something. I always rate the rep as being great - but then add their system sucks! Then they sent me a request to rate the on TrustPilot. Really??? You wouldn't like that if I did. I just ignored it and after sending 3 requests I guess they figured it out. At 79 and being a retired white male my survey opportunities are already limited and it is upsetting to get disqualified 4 out of 5 times because I'm a 79 year old white male that they already know from the 10 pages of profile info they have.... I guess when you're the only game in town....
Your first mistake was telling them that you are 79……..
