Hi,
In the spring, my family received 5 VDB vouchers for $975 each. I am trying to use them for the same five people to travel at Christmas.

The EXP desk, EXP Supervisor, another EXP supervisor, and web support say that Trip Credits can only be applied to reservations with four or fewer people. They say that someone must be pulled out and placed in a separate PNR to use the Trip Credit. The website does not mention this glitch. https://www.aa.com/i18n/customer-ser...vel-credit.jsp The agents insist the "system" only allows this to be entered for reservations of 4 or fewer people. I don't even need all 5 vouchers as they exceed the trip price.

Does anyone here have suggestions? The best I could do was get the supervisor to extend the hold so that I could call corporate tomorrow. JonNYC
