FFQ for my younger brother. Family has been on CX Asia Miles

Just asking this thread about his Oneworld FFQ.
Questions are
(1) What is most important to you in a FFP?
Perks, and priority services
(2) How many miles do you usually fly each year & in what class? How many flights/sectors?
(<25000, 25000-50000, >50000 miles - <25, 25-50, >50 flights?)
Reply: 16,000-50,000 miles. Usually on Economy
(3) What types of fares do you usually buy?
(First, Business, Premium economy, Economy, cheapest)
Reply: Economy and if applicable upgrades to Business Class
(4) Can you choose your airlines and/or class of service? Do you travel for work and/or pleasure?
Reply: Family has CX FFQs and it's vacation/family trip
(5) Which routes and airlines do you fly most often?
(US Domestic, Transpacific, Kangaroo, in Asia etc)
Reply: Transpacific and Domestic US and Australia that means CX,JL, AA/AS and QF
(6) What is your home airport?
(SFO, SCL, London LHR, HKG, Singapore SIN etc.)
Reply: EWR/JFK Asia Pacific and Australia PER/KIX/MNL/CRK
(7) Do you have FFP status of any kind in OW or other airline? What is it? Do you have any miles banked in a FFP?
(AA Executive Platinum, QF Gold, UA 1K, LAN Comodoro, etc)
Reply: None so far. His is banked on a PR Mabuhay Miles
(8) Preferred Airlines? Most common Airlines flown on?
Reply: CX for JFK/EWR-MNL via HKG or JFK/EWR-PER via HKG. Has done PR recently VX pre-merger with Oneworld member AS

Special note: Should he pick these ones JAL JMB QF Frequent Flyer AS Millage Plan AA Advantage as his Oneworld FFQ or not? Everyone else in the family as CX Asia Miles since 1999- December 17th 2005
