I think this hotel has set their prices very high either by mistake or because they want to discourage people from booking this far in advance, i.e: they may have some renovations planned. The typical price of a room at this hotel is around $165/night so the jump to $1655/night starting on February 1st 2025 could represent a human error when typing in the base rate, e.g: they intended to type $165 and added an extra 5 at the end ($1655). The typical points per night for this hotel is around 35k which is fairly typical for a low end Marriott hotel.
