I had a booking with Qatar flying back from middle east to Hong Kong in 2024 year end. One leg is flying from middle east to Doha on 31 Dec 2024 whereas another leg is flying from Doha to Hong Kong on 1-Jan-2025. I have plan to match my Accor platinum to QR gold.
I wonder if anyone get any recent failed experience of matching from ACCOR platinum to QR gold, as want to see if any sign of used up 2024 quota already.
Secondly , in my case can my second leg counted as fulfilling 2025 “eligible flight”. I buy both leg as one “one-way” ticket in Qatar website.

Not sure about the 2024 quota. But for your second point, I'm sure it counts as an eligible flight however, I would be wary about the timezones. I'm not sure which timezone Qatar corporate uses but it could very well be UST. To be safe, I'd pick a departure timing after the turn of the year in US if possible
