I'm gearing up to do a write-up about dealing with Customer Relations, since it's clear there are problems with getting fast answers out of them. Some people - particularly those with status and straightforward, short claims are getting responses within a few days, but equally there are some people waiting now for over 4 months to get an answer. There isn't a feasible way to escalate this within BA, it's just best to keep claims as short and simple as possible. So from that you can perhaps see that 2 weeks isn't that far down the track yet, and if it's a simple reimbursement of low amount of cosmetics and clothing I would hope you get an answer within the next couple of weeks. You do have the option of going MCOL or CEDR - the latter after 8 weeks - but hopefully you will not get that far.
