I have looked at all of these programs (Inspirato, Exclusive Resorts, GoForth, Hyatt Vacation Club) and ended up investing in Equity Residences (ER) ER is different than all of these, as it's a partnership where you make an initial investment, gives you access to high end homes based on credits, credits are based on your investment level. The main difference, is this is an investment with a fixed exit point where you get your initial investment returned and any 80% of all gains. All these other programs are sunk costs, no exit or return.

I invested last December and have been to a couple great properties, one on the slopes in Tahoe and another in Montana. Have plans to stay in Costa Rica, Hawaii, Turks and Caicos, Anguila and Bahamas this fall and winter..
