With the checked items, transferring from one terminal to another outside security - especially with a mobility impaired passenger - checking luggage to the Air France flight and clearing security without PreCheck - I doubt that there is fast track security at DFW for J pax - 3:15 is not enough, especially factoring in that check-in closes an hour before departure and boarding ends 15-20 minutes before the flight leaves the gate. That doesn't even account for possible delays of your MEM-DFW flight.
I'd say it is doable, possibly. If one member of your party can handle all the checked luggage, then they can go airside to your arrival baggage claim and take the shuttle over, which will take a much longer amount of time, and the wheelchair pax can get taken to terminal D directly. They'll probably still have to exit security to recheck baggage, depending on how much you have, but it will be quicker and easier than dealing with the wheelchair outside of security.
There is no fast track security for J pax at DFW.
