Logged on to the forum after several years to post about this and guess what, this is happening to a lot of people! Yet another customer satisfaction (!) move by Turkish Airlines.

Have both of my mid-September LAX - IST and early October IST - NRT seats changed! And the cabin seems full on the app. I dread calling the customer service.
