I took a couple of flights on OS: LHR-VIE and VIE-BER.

On both instances, checked baggage took over an hour before showing up on the claim carousel. Is this common for OS or all of Europe?

The LHR-VIE segment was the worst. My fight arrived, then followed 20 mins later by two flights from Turkey and all of us three flights had the same carousel. By the time my baggage showed up, the first Turkish flight had claimed all their bags, and the second one was half way through. I flew business class so I had priority tags but it seems all the luggage from LHR were 'jumbled' upon arrival. My flight did arrive at a remote gate though.

However, my flight from VIE-BER arrived using a jetway, but my bags still came out an hour later.
