Well something new happened yesterday. Arrived with AY, somehow they couldn’t connect the stairs to Door1/2. So everyone left from the back. Only took 4 buses and another 10 mins wait in the stairs for business class pax to deplane. The crew were apologetic, and even made a PA apologising to J pax for this.
