I do not think we got an upgrade but the rooms are big and the hotel does not have any true suites. We were very happy with our room overall! The breakfasts were excellent and were a la carte. We did not have any billing issues and everything was covered.

We used BajioGo and everything went smoothly for our transfers. I would use them again but there are several options.

What sets this hotel apart is its rooftop. They keep the pool heated (our toddler loved it) and the view from up there is just incredible. There is also an excellent playground in Parque Benito Juarez (steps from the hotel) where we took our kid to burn off energy. It is really just a great place to stay for traveling with small kids.
