Where do you generally fly to, or where would you love to fly to? Answers to those questions will give you a better chance of getting some advice here.
Generally the advice is to save up the Avios for long haul in premium cabins. But there are of course many people who have good reasons to spend them on short haul or to offset the cash costs.
