The last time a BA flight to TLV turned round, when services were restored, it was shorthual. I presume we can expect an EMB next time BA resume flights??!
Also weird they turned round rather than continuing to LCA as planned and evaluating the situation.. I thought the whole point of a stop at LCA was to allow crew change and safe passage including waiting for any clearances before continuing to TLV. and if not refueling and returning to LHR. So the whole LCA thing has been a nonsense all this time?
