I can choose the menu on my flight AMS-MEX in BC later this week. It's available between 15 days and 3 days before the flight. 3 options for main dish; starters and desert seem the same for everyone.
Main dish
Option 1: Shrimps with eggplant with steamed vegetarian dim sum, courgette and roasted sesame seeds served with Tahini and red chili sauce
Option 2: Summer green tajine with various vegetables, such as broad beans and black chickpeas served with white cheese and a vegetarian saag paneer sauce with sweety drops
Option 3: Spicy chicken with lemon sauce served with green asparagus, Parisian carrots, broad beans and Nisiki rice topped with Japanese furikake
Appetiser
Thin sliced beef bavette with mustard gravy served with piccalilli cream, Reypenaar cheese and cornichons or Thai red curry soup
Dessert
Cheese plate with Moulin Bleu, goat cheese with honey, Cumin cheese served with grapes and crackers or Strawberry bavarois layered with raspberry topped with delicate chocolate curls
