I think a strong point is the simplicity of the reward system as noted above: it means you can use points even if you are not a frequent traveller to pay less on any room. Coverage is unequal, but so it is for literally any hotel group in my experience - I have found "blind spots" for any and all of them, and as noted above, it also covers the whole range from super simple to super luxurious which is not that usual. The ability to earn concurrently on ALL and some airline FFPs such as FB is also a plus (for most hotel groups it is "either/or"). Drink vouchers are a nice treat and start low and in some hotels, the upgrades can be nice (in others, less so).

I don't think it's a great programme by any standard, but it has its strengths.
