Anyone having difficulty pre-selecting a meal? App worked for me, but not for companion. Have tried the following:

App. No less than 50 times. Refuses to save her selection.

Safari. Same as app.

Chrome. Same as Safari.

Twitter. Sure, we can help. Receive email confirmation that her meal is “not selected.”

Web chat. “No, the ticket was issued by American.” Well, how come MY selection worked? “Oh, ok, we will select for you.” Email arrives, stating “no selection.”

Frustrated.
