Funny you bring this up. I was just looking into this myself this morning. You can pay for your UA ticket using PayPal. Within PayPal it has a toggle button to do split payment. Then you can specify how much to charge on each card you select.
Is there no way to do this directly, without mucking around with Paypal or Travel Bank or FFC?
