I converted my Crystal to a Flex Rewards card. All of my points followed. I was told that the points would maintain their approximate 1.2 cents value for travel, but now see that they are worth 1.0 cent for travel. I hoarded an embarrassing amount of points, so that .2 difference represents a few thousand dollar difference in terms of what my points are worth.

Can someone who still has the Crystal card kindly do me a favor and search a dummy hotel stay to see what the value of the points are worth with the Crystal. Maybe they are all only worth 1 cent a point now. I appreciate it.
