I've had the same issue on a return in F. Was awarded 460 bonus points instead of 500. Seems like I wasn't awarded 40 for one of the domestic legs for some reason? The bonus points credited in less than a week too.

Been over a month now so called You First. Wasnt sure the best route to take as the claim page online kept coming up with an error message when I put the ticket number in. Will report any success.
