As the OP stated, I too cannot find much on their operations at ATL.

From what I gather, (thank you, SoliWare and others)...We'll arrive Concourse T and depart from Concourse F. With a UA Club membership, Star Gold and all 4 of us in business class, I assume we can enter the UA Club there?...Is there otherwise another club that Copa contracts with at ATL that we could use, perhaps a little closer to our departure gate?
Yes, you can enter UA Club in ATL based on the info you provided. Make sure to leave plenty of time to get to the gate. I've flown CM through ATL many times in recent years, and while I can't remember specific gate assignments, it's always been a real hike from the United Club.
