I've tried 5 or 6 times now using different browsers, but have had the same result each time. The interesting thing is that according to the seating plan no seats are shown as occupied on the leg, so I'm thinking maybe the aircraft is about to be changed again, so they're not letting anyone select seats at the moment. However this has been going on for over a week now.

I had though that I could check and change seating using other One World airlines Manage my Booking functionality, but I've tried AY, AA, RJ and even AT, all of which say they're unable to find my trip.

Should I be concerned?
QR pulled access to their PNRs via other OW websites a few months ago (with the exception of some codeshares ought to be visible on the respective sites).

Have you looked at the seat plan on EF? See if there’s an unblocked seat and try selecting that. Otherwise, you could be right about a further equipment swap. Although, last time I had one of those (for a flight in two weeks, I was able to select seats on the 2x2x2 config but fortunately, it reverted back to QSuites!
