Missing UG options on web, pad, and phone?
I have an upcoming domestic trip that I wanted to apply PP.... for the past week, I have not been able to see my upgrade options - either $, miles, PP
when I try to select <Upgrade Cabin> (as I have done many many time in the past), I now either get an error message or nothing?
I called into UA and they were able to apply my PP and add me to the list without difficulty
I mentioned this might be a new bug in the software upgrade - but is anyone else having problems with this feature?
