I just noticed the red wine in business for September might be a Caro Malbec (alt possibility with Spanish Red) which would drive me towards ordering a beef dish on SQ 11 LAX-NRT. Any thoughts or experience in this area?

Also just punted on the Lobster on 207 SIN-MEL in favor of bak chor mee soup; good idea?
