Mine back in June failed to post correctly... Double TP for the outbound but regular for the inbound. Called the Gold line and raised the case but despite my request for partner who was also affected, the correct TP's were only raised for me a few days later as a manual adjustment. Waited another week and re-raised theirs. I think it took another week or so for theirs to be added. They finally posted correctly but it took several attempts.
