The international gateways are the cities you can land into with a transatlantic nonstop flight. In addition to AA European gateways (LHR, LGW, ZRH, BRU, CDG, FRA, MAD, and a few other seasonal ones, like DUB, FCO, GLA, etc.), you can also count as gateways the cities where partner airlines land their transatlantic nonstops. Since none of the cities you mention above represent an international gateway for AA or its partners, the stopovers you suggest wouldn't be possible on the AAll PAArtners AAwards. However, you might be able to fly the itineraries you propose by using OW AAwards instead. From the East Coast, you probably won't even need more miles than you would with an AAll PAArtners AAward.
