With UA's website being broken 90% of the time for me ("Something went wrong" just trying to login, "unable to complete your request" when searching), I was forced to make a booking using the app. There is one tiny link to view fare rules but it doesnt load so I'm forced to book with hidden rules. I'm still within the 24hr cancellation period so I wanted to check.

I did a booking through TPE. I recall when I was searching (while the website was working) there was a "non-cancellable" column but I think it was for flights routing via japan. The app didnt show any of this.

The email receipt shows:
NONREF/0VALUAFTDPT
Cancel reservations before the scheduled departure time or TICKET HAS NO VALUE
I have no way to view the fare rules so this is all I have to look at.

This means it's a normal ticket right? One I can change/cancel for FFC.
