These A380 issues can’t just be exclusive to BA.
Does an A380 heavy fleet like Emirates face the same issues? In my experience with them, I’ve never had any delays, cancellations etc but with BA it’s constant with this plane.
Something to do with better resource management if the bulk of your fleet is A380 based? Or do BA have a problem set of planes
Honestly I think it's as simple as the A380s being mothballed in relatively damp places during the COVID lockdowns. The A380s were never particularly fault-prone prior to that so I don't believe there was anything inherently wrong with the frames as a group at delivery.
