It then took me weeks and weeks and many messages to try and get the matter resolved. Even then I only got a voucher and not a refund for a miss sold product.

I gave up and promised I would never booked for them again. And, years later – haven’t.

you need to weigh up the value of the saving against any likely difficulties that could arise.
