Should be more than sufficient. Around that time I think there's just an ANA flight, 1-2 Alaska flights, maybe 1 other I'm forgetting. Precheck is very hit-or-miss at T7 but I don't think it matters much at that time.

Not sure about taxi situation, but there is no construction at T7 as it's slated to be demolished in the next decade or so.

I do recommend bringing food with you or preordering a meal on your flight. Food situation at T7 is dire, best place is probably the dunkin.
