Next stop along the well trodden path is the Aspire lounge and the Luxe side thereof. We’ve been here many times so no pictures of the lounge itself but, of course, the standard trinity of drinks to start the day properly. A little amusement to start proceedings, a new chap was hosting and told me that the Prosecco was chargeable, soon clarified with a more experienced team member . BA/KLM/AF allow one complimentary glass of fizz, however if you’re flying Lufthansa, no such luck.



I did notice one small change on the way in, the luxe and suite entrance now has some branding for the various airlines that allow access, except Lufthansa, apparently they have yet to provide anything. I sense a theme.



And the entrance artwork has also been branded, now I’m not sure if it always was, but I don’t think so



I completely forgot about ordering any Buy on Board until last night, by which time it was too late for this mornings flight. Yesterdays meals were toast, and a pot noodle, so feeling more than a little peckish, it was time for another mini-stottie with poor man’s BBQ sauce
