The website seems to indicate a fixed menu on a 3 month cycle.

Is this accurate or can anyone point me in the direction of route specific menus? I was looking as I expected to be able to order in advance as per several other airlines in Business Class nowadays, but don't see this option. Is it offered on KLM and if so, how far in advance should I see the option?
