I love the once a day 767-400 to LAX right now as well. Right now JFK to SFO is all 757s but later this year 763s start showing up on the route.

Delta has done great work in the last few months to ensure printed menus on the transcon flights, rotating appetizers, and varied selections. I’ve been very pleased with all my transcon meals this summer.
Thats great to hear. This has been an AA only route for me for 5 years now. I dont eat beef, dont want a salad as my entree & cant stand mushrooms so the current June-July-August menu has been horrible for me and I have avoided DL.
Yes I for sure want to take the elevator up and turn left not right. And of course try the DL One lounge at the other end upon arrival.
