Stayed here for a week on a business trip, probably one of the best Hyatt experience I've had. Gloablist, got upgraded to 1 bedroom suite at check in. Got the recognition, box of chocolates in room, two bottles of water daily (tap water is drinkable in Lisbon just FYI). Really loved having my own washer/dryer! Their breakfast buffet is really nice. Good quality and nice selection of hot/cold/sweet/savory, omelettes made to order, coffee, prosecco for those that don't need to go to work. Very friendly staff everywhere. I have not visited the rooftop bar but my coworkers loved it.

The location might not be "city center" but Lisbon the city itself is not that big, don't let the location deter you. My tour guide who came to pick me up actually said this location is the best compared to city. He loves that from here you can walk to Belem district, or easily catch a tram/bus/uber to other places, and it's so tranquil and peaceful with a great view. Can't believe this is a category 4 only, great way to use those certificates!
