This surprises me a bit, given that DL D1 menus (and even Y menus!) have historically (at least for the last several years) had at least one vegetarian option not requiring pre-order. A main-course sized portion of the corn agnolotti might be ok, but salads, salad bars, and plates of carrots don't make for a main. (Would most omnivores treat a steak main and a salad bar as equivalent? Probably not...)
That said, this seems like an oversight, and a simple one to correct on the next menu cycle.
