This is likely the latest leased 787-9, HS-TWC, a GE-powered 787-9 formerly owned by Bamboo Airways. The seat map is slightly different from HS-TWA and HS-TWB which are the original RR-powered 787-9.
The seat itself is the same Safran Cirrus so the comfort should be basically equivalent.
There will be 5 additional 787-9 coming in the fleet in 2025. I guess they, too, would be GE-powered since THAI has an ongoing dispute with RR about the problem of the engines that caused lengthy grounding of the 787-8.
