Bambuza still participates in the Priority Pass program (see this page) but you must have a membership that includes restaurant credits. If you get yours through a credit card such as Chase Sapphire Reserve, you no longer receive this entitlement. With that being said, I've never had a problem accessing a restaurant on arrival. They just need a same-day boarding pass.
