I don't know the 'correct' answer, but I suspect at least one of the lounges at SIN would let you in. I would try QF F first. If that's a no try BA and if that's a no try QF J. I wouldn't expect QR to let you in but who knows.
Thanks for the reply Ldnn1, if I’m honest I’m willing to change the route via KUL for the lounge experience - as weird as that might sound to many - so if QR/QF/BA F lounges are likely to be a ‘no’, I’d prefer to go SYD-SIN-LHR.
Agreed, it’s an unusual flight sequence with F then Y.
Is QR one of their lounges that says you must be travelling on their own J/Premium metal to accept you for entry?
