I also just tried logging in, also completely unable to do so on website. Tried in Chrome and Edge, cleared history and cookies, but no dice.
I was able to access my account on iPhone app to cancel an upcoming reservation before deadline. Thankfully, that worked... I think?
I didn't think I'd be saying that after 15+ years of loyalty as a lifetime Platinum, but patience is wearing real thin. 2025 Status decisions are going to be made soon. Free agency is nice right now, but Hyatt brands are making a nice impression every time I use them.
