I too have been unable to get any of the cards, either because the flights I have been on have not had them or the crews have absolutely no idea what I am talking about.
In one case, the head FA said to me, I have not heard about any airplane cards, but in many cases the passengers know more than me, which I did not even know how to respond to.
She did come back to me that she asked about the cards and the pilots had absolutely no idea what she was talking about, she said that it might be crew dependent and if they are engaged enough or not.
Regardless of that, I had the new pasta and it was fine, which is about the best compliment that I can give UA domestic First Class catering in general.
