What a dumpster fire. Why do we even bother staying at this crap brand?

Can't apply NUAs through the "Start the Upgrade process" link on the list of trips page. Then drilling into a reservation and clicking on "Start the upgrade process" it displays a huge list of every room type at the hotel with no names, generic pics and a "Room Details" link. Finally, trying a fifth time I get the names of the rooms, click the one I want to try for an upgrade to and click "Submit". Brought back to the reservation page with no indication my NUA request is submitted. Turns out it's not as I can start the process all over again based on the links. Took me 12 tries to get it to stick. And now you can't login.

If only Marriott's stock were a dumpster fire like their website maybe they would care and do something. So glad I missed AMB last year by a few hundred bucks.
