There are airport busses. The ones that go all the way to the hotel, or the ones that drop of on the main road and you need to get the hotel to pick you up from there. But busses are not that frequent, so you have to plan a bit. This actually applies equally to the Hyatt and the Ritz. I have stayed at both, and in the end I prefer to rent a car and drive myself as the busses just give too little flexibility.
